What your warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Non-stick coating failure (peeling, blistering, significant loss of release under normal home use)
- Structural failure of the metal body (warping or breakage under normal domestic use)
What your warranty doesn’t cover
To keep your warranty fair and clear, the following are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear, minor surface marks, or cosmetic discoloration
- Rust or corrosion caused by improper drying or storage
- Damage caused by overheating, metal utensils, or abrasive cleaners
- Dishwasher-related damage (unless the product is stated as dishwasher-safe)
- Use in commercial or professional kitchens
- Any modification or repair not authorised by us

Proof of purchase
Please retain your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). It is required to validate any warranty claim and confirm the purchase date.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws, including:
- UK: Consumer Rights Act 2015
- EU: Directive (EU) 2019/771
- Other markets: governed by the laws of the country of purchase

How to make a claim

- Your name and contact details
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Photos clearly showing the issue
Our team will review your claim and may request the item for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the item at no charge.
